S.I. Power Corp. (SIPCOR) said it is exhausting legal remedies to reinstate its operating permits following a favorable Court of Appeals decision, which reversed an Energy Regulatory Commission ruling that revoked provisional authority to operate SIPCOR power plants on Siquijor Island over alleged violations.
