Bago-Negros Energy Corp. (BNEC), a unit of Thai firm Semsang Power Public Co. Ltd., has asked the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) for approval to develop and own dedicated point-to-point transmission facilities linking its 150-megawatt Bago Wind Power Project to the Visayas Grid.
