ELECTRICITY prices in the Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM) slightly fell by 1.8 percent to P3.5 per kilowatt hour (kWh) in February from P3.56 per kWh a month ago due to improved supply conditions in Luzon that helped stabilize overall market outcomes despite tighter supply conditions in other regions.
