MANILA – The Department of Energy (DOE) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) on Friday turned over three Mobile Energy Systems (MES) to the National Power Corporation-Small Power Utilities Group (NPC-SPUG) in Puerto Princesa, Palawan.
