SINGAPORE – Department of Energy (DOE) Secretary Sharon Garin sees the long-planned Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Power Grid (APG) as “very feasible,” with the group’s leaders expected to take another major step toward realizing regional electricity connectivity at the ASEAN Summit in Manila this coming November.
