The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) has granted Yuchengco-led BKS Green Energy Corp. (BKSGEC) authority to develop and own a P260.66-million dedicated point-to-point transmission facility for its 33.83-megawatt-peak Limbauan Solar Power Project-Phase 2 in Isabela province.
