CALAMBA CITY, Laguna (PIA) — The Laguna Lake Development Authority (LLDA) has expressed strong support for President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s push for waste-to-energy (WTE) initiatives, saying the technology could provide a long-term solution to the country’s growing waste problem while helping prevent garbage from reaching Laguna de Bay.
