The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) has moved to challenge the Court of Appeals ruling in favor of S.I. Power Corporation (SIPCOR), while Premiere Island Power REIT Corporation (PREIT) said its revenue is expected to remain at around 51% of the prior-year level as long as its lease agreements with SIPCOR stay suspended.
