THE Department of Energy (DOE) announced on Wednesday it has expanded its “Solar Solutions for Government: Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy in Public Buildings” (SSG-ERPB) initiative, with six additional Metro Manila local government units (LGUs) signing a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to implement rooftop solar and energy-efficient retrofits in public buildings.
