THE Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) has set the 2025 to 2027 market transaction fees (MTF) for Independent Electricity Market Operator of the Philippines (IEMOP), operator of the wholesale electricity spot market (WESM), and the Philippine Electricity Market Corp. (PEMC), the governing body of the spot market, at P3.307 billion.
