Indonesia’s PT DSSR Daya Mas Sakti, a subsidiary of PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk, has formed a joint venture with PT FirstGen Geothermal Indonesia, a unit of the Philippines’ Energy Development Corp. (EDC), the companies said Wednesday.
