Citicore Renewable Energy Corp. (CREC) said Friday it secured P35.014 billion in syndicated project financing from the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Land Bank of the Philippines and the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) for five solar projects in Batangas.
