NEW CLARK CITY, Tarlac – A USD33 million solar photovoltaic power plant is set to rise here in 2026.

San Jose Green Energy Corp. (SJGEC), the Yuchengo Group-led developer of the 19.6-megawatt San Jose Solar Power Project, filed a certificate of compliance (COC) with the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) on April 15, 2025 in preparation for the start of its commercial operations.
