The equivalent average transmission rate for private distribution utilities and electric cooperatives rose 22.22% to PHP 1.7560 per kilowatt-hour for the July 2026 billing period, up from PHP 1.4367/kWh in June, according to the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP).
