LAOAG CITY – The Ilocos Norte Electric Cooperative (INEC) formally signed a one-year emergency power supply agreement (EPSA) with Therma Luzon, Inc., which operates under Aboitiz Power Corp., to stabilize and secure the province’s power supply during summer, officials announced Tuesday.
